Sometimes we all need some time away. It's also very important to take a step away from work and decompress as it helps us avoid burnout. Ken has recently gone and vacation and Laura is preparing for her upcoming one, so let's discuss what we did in order to set up ourselves and our colleagues for success. We also touch on sick days and how we handled it. Let's jump in!

Meet Your Hosts
Ken - is a licensed PTA in Nevada. He has graduated from college and is currently working in a Home Health setting. When he is not working he loves to play board/card games, snowboarding, anime, and hanging out with his family.
Laura - is a licensed PTA in Nevada. She has been a licensed PTA for almost 9 years. She has also worked in the out-patient and in-patient setting and currently working as a Per Diem therapist. She brings a unique prospective as she has recently had an injury that has had her take a step back from being the treater to being the patient. When not working she enjoys crafting, hanging out with friends, and Vegas Golden Knights games (hockey).
