How Ken picked his inservice and what it was about

During the first rotation, I (Ken) was at a vestibular clinic to work on patient's balance and unsteadiness. I had two patient's with Chiari Malformation which peaked my interest in the topic. So let's dive in to more details on how I picked it and the presentation itself.
